With over a decade in retail sales prior to real estate, Ben knows the importance of stellar customer service and always strives to go above and beyond for his clients. Serving as the voice of reason throughout an often-complicated process, Ben guides his clients through a transaction with ease, helping them overcome obstacles that may arise. As a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Ben thrives on fighting for his clients, ensuring he negotiates the most advantageous deal for them.
Having grown up in Orange Park Acres, Ben knows the area well. Though he enjoys working with clients from all over, his primary focus is in Orange Park Acres and historical homes in Old Towne Orange. He also enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, helping them realize their dreams of homeownership.
In his free time, he participates in a number of community organizations, most notably the Field of Valor, Foundation Games and CERT. He also relishes in spending time with his wife and three daughters, coaching their sports teams and romping around with them in the yard.
