Real estate has been a life-long passion of Bill’s. Growing up, his grandfather owned a block of buildings along the Newport Pier and a restaurant name Finney’s Fountain & Grill. It was then that Bill learned the importance of community and the rewards of giving back. After spending 35 years in finance and banking, Bill decided to change course and turn his focus to real estate in order to share his passion with others.
Deeply committed to building long-lasting relationships with his clients based on trust and follow through, Bill strives to exceed expectations every step of the way. He listens intently to his clients’ goals and does whatever it takes to help achieve them.
Bill’s passion for giving back continues outside of real estate where he volunteers at many organizations throughout the community, most notably Mariners Church, American Legion on the Peninsula, Make-a-Wish Orange County and Marines 3/5 Dark Horse. He and his wife of 41 years, Debbie, have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren and enjoy travelling whenever they have the chance.
