For as long as Cj Kasko can remember, she has been familiar with the industry of Real Estate through witnessing firsthand her mother’s personal experience of purchasing and selling properties of her own. “I always worked with my mom on houses, whether it was helping her with renovations or staging to sell,” says Cj. Originally from Arizona, Cj graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology in 2020. Soon after graduating, Cj made the decision to launch her career in Real Estate and ultimately received her license in February 2021. She is eager to take her knowledge gained in her collegiate studies, of how and why people think the way that they do, to her career in Real Estate. When it comes to Real Estate, her favorite aspect are the endless opportunities. Her passion for helping others and the desire to exceed expectations becomes apparent the moment you meet her. Very detailed and analytical, Cj takes complete ownership of each transaction as she would if buying or selling her own home. Aiding in the efficient sale of a property is her specialty in digital marketing. Cj is intimately familiar with utilizing social media, a skill proven to be invaluable in Real Estate. She offers a thoughtful perspective to maximize her clients’ home values and loves to share this knowledge with her clients. She is driven by her goal to provide an exceptional successful client-centric experience while staying attuned to every client’s needs and goals. Above all else, Cj’s priority is to provide her clients “an experience that is better than they could have imagined.” She will be working in tandem with her mother, Vel Mathews. Together, their mission is to leave a lasting and positive impact on their clients by going above and beyond. In her free time, Cj enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and adorable Yorkie named Coco. She takes pleasure in reading, learning new languages, and attending church.
