As someone who was surrounded by a Mother and Grandfather who sold real estate together, Dylan is an agent who has a strong understanding of real estate, as he “grew up” in the field itself. Now serving as an agent alongside his mother, Jules Wilson , Dylan brings valuable knowledge of social media and videography, and is great when working with the millennial buyer. As a Realtor with Seven Gables Real Estate, Dylan brings two years of experience to the table, while only being 21 years old. Dylan considers himself a “Lifestyle Realtor”, meaning that the house is just one aspect of real estate. The community you live in, the establishments you shop and dine at, and the local events you attend all combine to make your house, a home! Dylan’s hard work ethic, attention to detail, humorous personality, and confident ability to represent clients in the best light possible all work together to help lead clients to achieve their goals easily! Dylan currently studies at Chapman University in Orange, CA, where he is finishing his last semester, completing his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science. On top of this, Dylan previously served as the President of the Eta Lambda chapter of Delta Sigma Phi. In his free time, Dylan loves to play golf, go to the beach with friends, and spend the mornings rowing in the Newport Harbor.
