Lane Stone grew up in Huntington Beach, CA and currently resides there today. In between moving back to Huntington, he enjoyed playing baseball for Santa Barbara City College and transferring to Chapman University where he could get his degree in Business with a double emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. While attending Chapman University, and before moving back to Huntington Beach, Lane lived in Yorba Linda and Santa Ana. During his schooling, Lane worked as a Teller for Washington Mutual and Chase Bank where he developed essential customer service and sales skills, as he gained firsthand knowledge of how difficult navigating personal finances can be for many people (especially his time there between 2009-2011). After gaining valuable experience working in banking, Lane interned for a Commercial Real Estate company. Upon graduating in 2011, Lane knew he wanted to start a business and control his own destiny, so he completed all the classes needed to obtain his Brokers License and bypassed the 2-year minimum sales experience with his 4-year degree. Lane obtained his real estate license in May of 2012. A few years later, Lane became a “Certified Negotiation Expert” to add even more skills to best serve his clients. As an early bird and “nose to the grindstone” kind of agent, Lane knows what this industry demands and he is always excited to rise to the challenge. On top of his relentless work ethic, Lane is able to promise his clients 100% transparency, trustworthiness, and expert-level knowledge in his field. Knowing that he plays a role in one of the most transitional moments in people's lives, makes it all worth it to Lane! He always says, “A home isn’t just a place where you sleep at night. There’s emotion, memories, experiences that happen under its roof that will last a lifetime.” Outside of work, Lane manages a Thursday night softball team and enjoys playing in a Wiffle ball league on Fridays. When he's not playing or managing sports, Lane spends as much time as he can with his fiance Kierstie and their dog Rolo. The three of them enjoy traveling together and hope to one day add to their growing little family. By always studying the market, networking with his Real Estate coaches, and having a genuine passion for what he does, Lane consistently sets himself apart from the pack.
