When faced with a challenge, Lingyao Walsh rises to the occasion. Living in a factory’s dorm room as a child made her dream of owning a home, and in 1998 she and her husband purchased their first house in Orange County. Realizing this dream unmasked her passion for helping others fulfill a similar dream, and she became a Realtor in 2003. When she isn’t working, she can be found doing yoga or hiking, spending time with friends and family. Her husband is an engineer and together they have raised a son and a daughter.
