As a lifelong resident of Orange, Lisa Blanc is a familiar face around Orange County. She purchased her first home in 1985 in Old Towne Orange and fell in love with the architecture, history, design and charm of older homes. In 1996, she joined forces with 2 of her neighbors and opened the very popular Citrus City Grille Restaurant in Old Towne. Lisa has been very active in the preservation of the historic neighborhoods and served on the Board of Directors of the Old Towne Preservation Association for many years. In 1999, Lisa left the restaurant business to
focus on her love of homes and décor and became a licensed Realtor.
Lisa strongly believes in giving back to the communities she serves. Lisa has served on the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Orange for the past 2 decades. She is a former President, Vice-President and Secretary of the Board and also volunteers for the Field of Valor Veterans Event. Lisa is a former Parks Commissioner with the City of Orange Parks Planning and Development Commission where she held positions as Chairman and Vice-Chair over a ten-year period. Lisa has volunteered countless hours through the years in support of community events including “Treats in the Streets” and “Uncle Sam’s July 3 rd Celebration”. In 2001, she received the California Parks and Recreation Volunteer Merit Award for her contributions. She was named Citizen of the year in the City of Orange for 2016.
Lisa has been recognized by Seven Gables Real Estate as an annual Top Producer and has received the Community Service Award in 2018, 2019 and 2023 for exemplary service to her hometown community of Orange. In 2019, Lisa was presented with the “Don Rea Award” for outstanding character among all agents. It is considered to be the top award given out annually by the brokerage. She is thrilled to be affiliated with Seven Gables Real Estate which has been named Top Workplace in Orange County for many consecutive years. Lisa was also nominated for the Orange County Business Journal’s 2021 Women in Business Award.
Lisa holds 3 professional designations, GRI (Graduate of The Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Her work with seniors and their families is particularly gratifying and rewarding as transition for our seniors and their families can be a difficult and emotional process. Lisa is also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) giving her clients the edge when negotiating all aspects of real estate transactions from offer to closing terms.
Lisa is blessed with two beautiful daughters, Krista and Danielle. Her daughter Krista is a licensed Realtor and is a valued member of Lisa’s team. In her spare time she enjoys decorating, gardening, entertaining and biking around her community. Lisa looks forward to working with both buyers and sellers.
