As a lifelong resident of Orange, Lisa Blanc is a familiar face around Orange County. She purchased her first home in 1985 in Old Towne Orange and fell in love with the architecture, history, design and charm of older homes. In 1996, she joined forces with 2 of her neighbors and opened the very popular Citrus City Grille Restaurant in Old Towne. Lisa has been very active in the preservation of the historic neighborhoods and served on the Board of Directors of the Old Towne Preservation Association for many years.
Lisa strongly believes in giving back to her community and has served on the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Orange for the past 13 years. She is a former President, Vice-President and Secretary of the Board and currently serves on Board of Directors as the Chair of the Foundation Games Committee and also volunteers for the Field of Valor Veterans Event. Lisa is a former Parks Commissioner with the City of Orange Parks Planning and Development Commission where she held positions as Chairman and Vice-Chair over a ten-year period. Lisa has volunteered countless hours through the years in support of community events including “Treats In The Streets” and “Uncle Sam’s July 3rd Celebration”. In 2001, she received the California Parks and Recreation Volunteer Merit Award for her contributions.
Lisa holds 3 professional designations, GRI (Graduate of The Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Her work with seniors and their families is particularly gratifying and rewarding as a transition for our seniors can be a difficult and emotional process.
Lisa is blessed with two beautiful daughters, Krista and Danielle. Her daughter Krista is a licensed Realtor and has recently joined Lisa’s team. In her spare time she enjoys decorating, gardening, entertaining and biking around her community. Lisa looks forward to working with both buyers and sellers.
