Growing up in Australia on a 52,000-acre sheep station, Marli developed a love of adventure and the outdoors. She has lived all over the world developing a deep appreciation of other cultures and ethnicities. She believes that although people of different backgrounds may appear different on the outside, they all share a common desire to own their own home.
Marli values education, studying for a year at the St. Louis University extension in Madrid, obtaining an Associate’s Degree from Orange Coast College and Bachelor of Science from University of Southern California. Prior to real estate, Marli worked in a variety of industries from architecture and public broadcasting to the hotel industry and as an international tour guide and flight attendant. She made the decision to move to real estate based on a desire for a career that offered something new each day. Marli embraces change, keeping ideas fresh and current and she weaves this approach into her daily interactions with her clients. Now with over fifteen years of real estate experience, Marli still learns something new from every transaction. Her priority for her clients is open communication, positivity and professionalism. She strives to make an often-complicated process as stress free as possible.
Marli has this to say about how she serves her clients, “Repeat customers are my most precious resource, so my focus is to add you to my list of repeat customers through the highest level of individualized, competent, professional, hassle-free service. My reputation is persistence, attention to detail and constant communication in laying out all of your options so you feel confident in making the best choices, whether buying or selling.”
Marli strives to make every client a repeat client. She works unceasingly until she achieves their goals, always keeping their needs at the forefront. With enthusiasm and quick responsiveness, she guides her clients through the real estate process by being honest and forthright at all times.
In her free time, Marli likes to garden, read and travel. Her keen sense of adventure has led her on many excursions like snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef, climbing the Great Wall of China and shopping in Beijing’s Silk Street Market.
