Paige is a results-driven agent who focuses on the details of a transaction and helps simplify the process for his clients. After more than two decades in corporate finance, including with one of the largest global hardware and home improvement manufacturing companies, he chose to switch his focus to real estate.
With experience in both sales and property acquisition he is well suited for all types of clients, from first time home buyers to real estate investors. With his analytical skills, he has the ability to pull in-depth complex market data that clients find impactful and easy to understand. Paige’s background in finance offers his clients a unique perspective on how to structure a deal to be the most beneficial for them. He believes in building wealth through real estate and has the experience and knowledge to help his clients do just that.
Paige grew up in Huntington Beach, and after graduating from San Diego State University, settled down in Foothill Ranch with his wife Suzanne. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, Brett and Nick, and their pool-loving chocolate lab, Duke. He also enjoys brewing beer, and is committed to several charities, most notably fundraising efforts for the victims of the Route 91 Harvest Country Music Festival shooting in Las Vegas.
