With over 30 years of real estate experience, Rich Morin brings a great understanding and passion for the industry. Rich comes fully equipped with a vast knowledge of the market, having had experience as a licensed realtor in several areas of the United States including Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts and California. His past experience as a homeowner, builder and investor gives him another level of expertise that is hard to match. His promise to clients comprises candid advice in their best interest and a real estate expert there to ease the stress that often comes with the home buying and selling process.
With acquisition, management and sales for both residential and commercial properties, Rich found interest in the business. He initially began investing in properties with the help of his parents and was able to create his own property management company in Vermont. Rich has a deep and widespread understanding of the real estate process due to his extensive portfolio consisting of purchasing, building and selling multiple unit properties. He then started a custom home building company. Rich is a Life Director of the National Association of Home Builders and a nationally recognized expert in green building. His current real estate business focuses on residential homes with an emphasis in multi-family homes. Needless to say, Rich is nothing short of an expert in the industry.
Rich grew up in the small town of Lincoln just outside Providence, Rhode Island. His strong work ethic was shaped throughout his childhood as he helped with his parents’ restaurants at the early age of 12. A key to their success was purchasing the restaurants’ land which ignited Rich’s strong interest in real estate. Rich began his educational career at Moses Brown school, the oldest private school in the country, and eventually attended New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire where he studied Business and Political Science. Rich is currently an active member of the Elks and Sons of The American Legion, an organization that provides assistance to veterans. He is also involved in the Roosters Foundation and the Noble Vikings charity, whose efforts target raising funds for Orange County children in need. His wife, Kelley, is a UCLA graduate and they have two daughters. Rich enjoys watching hockey, golf, football and is also an active member of the Screen Actors Guild located in Hollywood.
