Susan, a native New Yorker who has traveled extensively, met and married Pankaj Saurastri, of India, 35 years ago. They live in Fountain Valley where Susan serves on the Board of Directors for the Fountain Valley Schools Foundation and is the Chairperson for the Fountain Valley Housing and Communication Development Advisory Board. To further educate and inform the public, Susan communicates her passion for all things real estate by writing a monthly column in the Fountain Valley Magazine. Susan uses direct communication to educate her clients about the difference between livability and marketability of their homes. Her community involvement extends to entertaining friends at home, the formation of a book club and spending time in her garden. Sometimes, when moonlight fills the nighttime sky, Susan can be found writing short stories about the people she’s met and the places she’s been.
