Frankie Mejia is the Director of 7G Property Management, the in-house property management division of Seven Gables Real Estate, where he oversees a portfolio of more than 300 residential properties across Orange County, California. Licensed since 2001 (DRE #01304226), Frankie brings 23+ years of real estate experience and a guiding philosophy that has defined his career: "Happy Tenants and Happy Owners."

Frankie's path into real estate began with formal training through Real Estate Trainers, followed by his first role at Infinity Real Estate. Over more than two decades, he has personally represented clients across California, Nevada, and New Mexico, closing 105 verified MLS sales and managing 500+ lease transactions. That multi-state experience — spanning the dot-com bust, the 2008 housing crash, the long recovery, and the post-COVID market — gives him a tested perspective few Orange County property managers can match.

As a certified property management professional through the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and an active member of the California Regional MLS (CRMLS), Frankie specializes in residential investment properties: single-family homes, condominiums, 4-plexes, and small multi-family buildings, including an 8-unit property he currently manages in Huntington Beach. He also represents investment buyers and sellers, giving owners a true full-spectrum partner.

What separates 7G Property Management is the team Frankie leads. This is not a one-person operation. Owners gain access to a dedicated Operations Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Compliance Officer, and Property Managers — all backed by Seven Gables Real Estate's unique in-house infrastructure. Now in its 50th year, Seven Gables is the only real estate company in the region offering in-house Property Management, in-house Insurance Services, and in-house Legal Counsel under one roof. Frankie chose the company for that vision and for CEO Mike Hickman's compassionate leadership.

Outside of work, Frankie is an avid cyclist, runner, and kayaker who completed his first triathlon in 2019 — a fitting pursuit for a manager known for endurance and discipline. He supports Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and Someone Cares Soup Kitchen in Costa Mesa, guided by a simple belief: "The fortunate need to help the less fortunate."

When he isn't working, you'll find him on the Newport Beach Peninsula with friends and family.
