Ryan leads technology, AI, and digital infrastructure at Seven Gables Real Estate, supporting more than 450 agents and staff across Orange County. His role sits at the intersection of technology, marketing, and operations, with a focus on building systems that make complex work simple and scalable for agents.

He oversees the design and implementation of internal platforms, automations, and AI-powered tools that support compliance, risk management, marketing, and agent productivity. Ryan is especially passionate about turning emerging technology into practical, real-world solutions that agents can confidently use, regardless of their technical background.

One of Ryan’s most notable projects is “Mike Bot,” an AI-powered compliance assistant he built and deployed in live production to help agents navigate company policies and transaction-related questions. This work, along with broader technology and automation initiatives, contributed to Seven Gables being recognized in 2026 among HousingWire’s Tech100 Real Estate companies, honoring organizations that are driving innovation, efficiency, transparency, and accessibility across the real estate industry.

Ryan works closely with the marketing team to support video production, digital media workflows, and technology-enabled storytelling that elevates agent brands and reinforces the Seven Gables culture. Known for his collaborative and practical approach, he serves as a bridge between leadership, agents, and technical systems, ensuring technology supports people rather than getting in their way.
